Clean and dry the skin thoroughly. Gently approximate wound edges using fingers or forceps. Peel the steri strip from its backing without touching the adhesive side. Apply strip across the wound, starting from the center and pressing down toward the ends. Apply a transparent film or dressing for added protection.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use on infected wounds, heavily exudating wounds, or over joints subject to high movement without support. Do not stretch the strip during application, as this may cause blistering or skin tension. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
