The HERD Model SCP2011 Scoop-n-Spread Salt & Wet Sand Broadcast Spreader is an innovative skid steer attachment designed to streamline winter de-icing and material spreading tasks. With a simple scoop-and-spread functionality, operators can efficiently load material directly from the pile, eliminating the need for additional manpower and increasing productivity.

The 2011SCP is driven by skid steer auxiliary hydraulics and features cable controls for opening/closing the gate and adjusting spread width. This attachment is built to handle wet, dry, or frozen sand, salt, and calcium chloride with ease, thanks to its unique agitator system and robust construction. The heavy-duty 10-gauge steel hopper and powder-coated finish ensure lasting durability, while the universal skid steer quick-attach design offers compatibility with most standard skid steers.
