Jarrow Formulas^® Bromelain is a systemically bioavailable protein-digesting (proteolytic) enzyme (extracted from pineapple sap and stem) that supports digestion.

Bromelain as a supplement is used for various health benefits, such as relieving sinusitis, inflammation and improving digestion.

A 2010 review study suggested bromelain might have anti-cancer effects. However, NIH says more evidence is needed.

Suggested Usage

Take 1 tablet 1 or 2 times per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
