Joan originally created this blend for Catherine, who had never cared for green tea—until this one. Now, she drinks it regularly, won over by its bright flavor and delicate citrus lift.

This citrus green tea combines two green tea styles for a unique cup: some leaves are pan-fried for depth, while others are rolled gunpowder-style for a smooth, rounded finish. As these leaves steep, the aroma blooms with gentle florals from jasmine tea. Citrus notes from lemon verbena, lemon balm, and orange peel balance the blend and create a clean, lively sip.
