The handstand homework mat is reversible. One side is a cartwheel mat (available in four colours) and the other side is a blue carpet which features a 1.8m long 10cm wide white "beam" stripe.
The handstand home work measures 2.7m in length, is 60cm wide and 1.6cm thick. The area that sits on the floor measures 60cm x 80cm when laid out but it folds up and out of the way, secured by velcro, when not being used. The door the mat is mounted on should be no more than 3.5 cm thick.
