Comparing this to stock dyno numbers of 74-76 RWHP, the turbocharged configuration achieves a safe 115-120 RWHP. Taking these figures into consideration, you'll be looking at around 150-160 crank horsepower, which surpasses even a factory 2016 RZR turbo!

Unlike other turbo kits that might lower compression or restrict exhaust/intake with a small turbocharger, this kit ensures wicked off-the-line performance without sacrificing any of the General's capabilities. This is a Force Turbo kit combined with our advanced AA tuning & clutching, and it completely changes the aftermarket turbo kit game!

The Tuning aspect is where we truly set ourselves apart. Rather than using power commander or other fuel controllers to trick injector and coil signals, we take a different approach. We spend a tremendous amount of time developing a calibration for the stock ECU, loaded via the Powervision tuner over the diagnostic port. This calibration ensures that the General Turbo operates correctly, compensating for altitude and temperatures while bypassing all factory limitations. Our timing curves are specifically tailored for turbo use, allowing for great low-end punch while tapering off timing at higher pressure levels when the turbo takes over.

Installing the kit is straightforward for mechanically inclined individuals. It bolts right onto your factory head pipe and mounts neatly under the bed. If you have a rearview camera, minor adjustments to its positioning may be necessary for proper fitment.

One significant advantage of this non-intercooled setup is that the low boost and high-volume air result in lower air temperatures, eliminating the need for an intercooler. Additionally, our tuning is perfectly configured to work with this system as a non-intercooler. We have modified the timing curve and intake temperature-based timing corrections to work seamlessly with the turbocharger.

The kit includes a Garrett turbocharger, AA Powervision with our custom 91 octane turbo General tune, larger fuel injectors, 3-bar map sensor, AA S2 General Clutch Kit with turbo setup guidelines, 2.5" aluminum charge tube and intake tube, 4-ply silicone fittings, stainless steel high-flow turbo exhaust, installation instructions, and all necessary fittings, oil hoses, clamps, and hardware. It also comes with a 3-bar map sensor that installs in place of the factory one in your air plenum.
