One of the rising stars of Burgundy, Charles van Canneyt was given the reins to Domaine Hudelot-Noellat when his grandfather Alain Hudelot-Noellat stepped down. He has continued running his family domain, but has become a micro-negoce, creating his own brilliant wines. Neal Martin says "Charles Van Canneyt proved himself a winemaker par excellence courtesy of both his work at Hudelot-Noëllat and the first wine I have tasted from his new namesake négociant label.”
