The 27-inch 4K display gives you the screen real estate to spread out a full mixer, arrange window, and plug-in chain without squinting or scrolling. Retina-quality HiDPI scaling means every label, meter, and waveform is razor-sharp — even when you're working at scaled resolutions to fit more tracks on screen. And because the capacitive touchscreen is bonded directly to the panel, there's no air gap, no parallax — your finger lands exactly where you're looking.

The included BUSOIO driver is where the Pilot Studio comes alive. It ships with dedicated touch profiles for Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, Reaper, Pro Tools, Studio One, FL Studio, Bitwig, and more — 15 DAWs in total. Each profile maps multi-touch gestures to the actions that matter: pinch horizontally to zoom your timeline, pinch vertically to resize tracks, two-finger scroll through your arrangement, swipe to navigate between markers. Every gesture is tuned to how that specific DAW actually works, not a generic one-size-fits-all mapping.

Beyond gestures, the driver uses the macOS Accessibility API to detect faders, knobs, and sliders directly in your DAW's interface. Drag a channel fader with your finger and it moves — no MIDI mapping, no control surface configuration, no plug-in required. It just works with your DAW's native UI.

Setup takes two minutes. Plug in, launch the app, and a guided wizard handles display detection, HiDPI activation, permissions, and gesture training. The driver runs silently in your menu bar from then on, with optional launch-at-login. It's built natively for Apple Silicon and runs on any Mac with macOS Ventura or later.
