This upgrade is a dual friction version of our Extra Heavy Duty upgrade. Designed with the same direct fit capability but with an even higher torque capacity for those with heavily tuned vehicles (and supporting upgrades such as larger turbo). This kit offers the same 1300 kg clamp force pressure plate and custom slave cylinder but with a dual friction disc (organic one side, ceramic the other) which makes it suitable for vehicles with up to a 140% increase in torque at the engine.

Ceramic friction materials are designed for increased grip and heat capacity, but will result in a more direct pedal engagement.

If you require a clutch with an even higher torque capacity or driveability in high power applications, Xtreme Outback also offer X-Series upgrades with self-adjusting pressure plate (KTY29590-1TX/KTY29590-1DX).
