• Strike Plate Dimensions: 5 3/8" Total Height x 1 1/16" Face Width 1/8" Thickness
• Lock Backset Distance: 2 3/4" (Front edge of faceplate to the center of the doorknob hole)
• Material: Heavy Cast Iron lock casing with brass faceplate; Solid Brass decorative strike plate
• Era: Late 19th to Early 20th Century (Circa 1890s – 1920s)
• Included Components: One (1) Corbin 1250 push-button mortise lock body and one (1) decorative brass Eastlake jamb strike plate.

• Overall: Exceptional antique architectural salvage condition with an authentic, undisturbed dark aged patina, minor paint flecks, and light surface oxidation that highlights its historic character.
• Mechanical: The lock box is fully tested and working. The internal springs retain tight tension, and the spindle hub and push-button toggles actuate smoothly.
• Notes: Does NOT include a skeleton key, doorknobs, door spindle, or mounting screws. The lower deadbolt is fully functional but requires a standard antique bit-style skeleton key to operate.
