Application

This water vapour damp-proof membrane barrier sheet is designed to prevent moisture from rising, ensuring a long life for laminate or wood floor products installed over concrete. It is also suitable for underfloor heating installations and is highly resistant to puncturing. The barrier sheet comes in a convenient multifold pack and can be used in multiple applications:

• As an over-site membrane between a blinded hardcore bed and concrete.
• As a sandwich membrane within base concrete or between concrete and screed.

Installation Instructions

Important! To achieve a clean cut, use a sharp knife or shears. Any excess material can be removed after flooring installation. To fit, lay the polythene vapour barrier sheet over the entire floor area, ensuring that joins overlap by at least 20cm and that edges are raised up the walls by a minimum of 2.5cm.
