Prep Tips/ Cooking

They are steamed and frozen immediately to trap it is sweet, ocean flavor – and are ready to be eaten and enjoyed once thawed.

The most effective way to thaw them is by placing them in the refrigerator for one day prior to enjoying. If you need them faster, you can thaw at room temp for a few hours, and if you need them right away thaw under running cold water.

Perfect for steam, stir fry, sweet, juicy crab meat. You can serve them up with a side of hot butter or cocktail sauce on pre-dinner.
