Directions

Mix 28g (approx. 3 scoops) with 300ml of cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle. Alternatively, stir into hot water to create a warm protein beverage. Do not shake with hot water. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
