Probably a competitive rider with looks reminiscent of French racing contemporary Gaston Rivière (1862-1942). Moderate scuffing and soil to image; verso marked "Mother's Sister Elizabeth," then crossed out and replaced "Pop" (a more likely candidate for the moustache). A tribute to the cherished bicycle, posed here on top of paper roll with romantic florals in the background, nice period flair.
