Add metal bunks to your next kayak trailer project with our laser cut 1/4" steel plate brackets. These kits are designed to fit 2" EMT Conduit (2.19" OD) and can also be installed on 1-1/2" Schedule 40 pipe (1.90" OD). Compatible with standard 3/8" hardware for bolting to your trailer. These plates have additional mounting holes down the center for easily adding our "Rock'n Roller" kits which greatly enhance kayak stability while on the trailer. All of our parts are CNC laser cut on our 6KW Fiber Laser and tumbled to soften all sharp edges. The tumbling process rounds over all sharp edge which enhances paint or powder coat adhesion.
