Seven years of hard work, experimentation and dedication went into perfecting Aperol by the Barbieri brothers Luigi and Silvio with the drink launching in Italy in 1919. In the 1950's the famous recipe that made Aperol Spritz so popular was born and is still enjoyed to this day.

Tasting Notes: Zesty orange on the nose with complex herbaceous undertones. Intense orange hits the tongue with the herb notes coming through for a bittersweet experience and a long velvet finish.

Recipe Suggestion: Aperol Spritz. Fill a large wine glass with ice and add. 75ml Prosecco, 50ml Aperol, 25ml Soda Water. Gently stir - and garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy!
