The Foamer Domer Trucker Hat features a custom Never Made tackle twill patch on a deadstock 1990s trucker hat. Though these hats are brand new, they carry the character of that era—meaning they may not fit like a modern trucker hat, adding to the charm of the story I wanted to tell.

I designed this hat to feel like a time capsule from another era—something that could have been made back then but is only just seeing the light of day now. To bring that vision to life, I scoured the internet to find these rare hats, making sure they captured the authenticity of the time.

Given the nature of sourcing these vintage hats, quantities are extremely limited, and there’s no telling when—or if—I’ll come across more.
