It uses big honkin’ 12mm wide (10mm is standard) bearings to

better reduce ball load and add considerable bending stiffness to

the spindle. These ultra-precision bearings were designed in Germany

to the highest standards and use the custom formulated waterproof

grease to ensure that the bottom bracket will roll smoothly for 10.000 miles
