Burgundy, France | Pinot Noir
From ancient vines the Durieux family has acquired at the turn of the last century on the border between the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, near the Abbaye de la Saint Vivant of DRC fame. Yann Durieux has the privilege of working on this exceptional terroir with vines planted by his grandfather, experimenting with different winemaking techniques to produce a variety of Pinot Noir wines in his "Ponts" range. At the pinnacle, the "Grand Cru" Les Grands Ponts is the outcome of a meticulous fruit selection only from the oldest vines facing the Abbaye. Only the best grapes, for the best wine of the Durieux family. Less than two barrels produced per year.
