Countersunk Plate for OEM Keycap Clearance

When using OEM keycaps such as from Topre or Realforce, the standard screws that are installed from the plate will interfere with the OEM keycaps. Therefor, we offer a service to provide countersunk plates and replace the standard screws with countersunk screws.

OLED Plate Trimming

To achieve a more refined appearance for your OLEDs, we offer a plate trimming service that leaves more substrate material. When placing your order, please specify the same quantity as the number of OLEDs to be mounted. Trimming will be performed on the same side as the specified OLED mounting surface.

Rotary Encoder

Installation of rotary encoders increases the overall size of the package required for shipping which means the shipping price increases.

Please note that most services are on a per piece basis, so if you want two OLED headers installed, add 2 counts of the header solder service. Only the plate countersinking service is for the pair of plates.

Additional services involve modifying original parts, which may result in minor scratches.

We will carry out a functional test of each modified part before shipping.

Desoldering requires specialized equipment and please note that the countersunk plate cannot be restored to its original shape.

Add-on services are only available with the purchase of the required parts. Add-on services can only be added to new or unshipped orders.
