DESCRIPTION

The UPSEN U‑YK1235 is a compact, crawler‑mounted 2‑deck, 3‑way mobile screener designed for small to medium‑scale operators and contractors. With a 1.5 m³ feed hopper and B800 belt feeder, it delivers consistent material flow to the 2YK1200×3600 double‑deck vibrating screen, producing up to three product sizes in a single pass.

Capable of handling feed up to 200 mm and delivering 30–80 t/h throughput (50–100 t/h peak), the U‑YK1235 is ideal for sand & gravel, aggregates, topsoil, and recycling applications. Its compact transport dimensions and rapid setup make it easy to relocate between job sites, while the 36 kW (48 HP) diesel engine ensures reliable performance in the field.
