The Cocteau Twins were formed in Scotland by Elizabeth Fraser, Robin Casley, and Will Hedges, and released their memorable debut album "Garlands" in 1982. This is the only album they produced with bassist Will Hedgie, and with vocalist Elizabeth Fraser's soft and fantastic voice and her unique worldview, this album reached a level so high that it is hard to believe that it is their debut album. This is the first time in over 10 years that it is being re-pressed on vinyl.
