This heated Ultra pan carrier from Cambro has two compartments to help transport warmed food safely in up to six full-size pans that are 6" deep. This unit holds food at a constant 150 to 165 degrees F while it maintains proper humidity, so your food tastes great no matter where and when you serve it. It has a durable polyethylene exterior that comes in your choice of Black, Dark Brown, Granite Green, Granite Grey, and Slate Blue. The overall size is 20-1/2" wide, 27-1/8" deep, and 54" tall, and has a 45-minute pre-heat time and three minute recovery time after the door is opened.
