Chop potatoes, onions and more in the perfect size for soups and stews. The Winco HCD-500 is a manual dicer / cutter with a 1/2" blade. With a simple push of the handle, this chopper smoothly cuts through most vegetables up to 6" in diameter. The 1/2" cut is perfect when larger cubes of product are needed - like in stews or diced hash browns. The stainless steel blades and pusher head are easily removed for cleaning or replacement. The cast aluminum frame and handle are lightweight yet durable. The base has oversized non-skid feet for added stability.
