The Chase Tactical MOLLE IFAK pouch is specifically designed to accommodate essential medical supplies, including but not limited to Combat Gauze, Tourniquet, Trauma Bandage, and provides immediate access to medical shears. Our IFAKs (Individual First Aid Kits) are trauma kits that contain critical life-saving materials, bleeding control items, and major wound treatments. The medical shears are securely stored at the back of the pouch for quick and convenient access. Inside, a quick-pull interior strap runs beneath your medical gear, allowing for one-handed removal of stored items when pulled. Both sides of the pouch feature additional external webbing for attaching extra tourniquets, glow sticks, and more using Mil-Spec elastic. This IFAK pouch should be a vital component of your Tactical Medical gear kit.
