Tasting Note

A tightly wound, cool climate Chardonnay, with a nose of granny smith apples and honeysuckle spice, that opens up to notes of gun flint, bee’s wax and lemon rind. The palate is taut and precise, and finishes long with powerful elegance.

Taras and Amber Ochota named this wine after an obscure hardcore punk band who describe themselves as a "minimalist rock trio", yep I have no idea either, but can we expect anything more from two winemakers who started their vineyard after travelling round some of Australias best surf and wine regions in a VW camper van? Despite the hippy conception and name this wine has a very serious rich, layered and fragrant palate of spiced fruits and is a must try after a quick surf in the freezing St Andrews Sea.
