I hand cut this cabochon with a freeform shape and a satiny, matte finish. Measurements are in the listing title.  A beautiful and unusual stone that would look good alone or combined with other complimentary beads. The material I cut this from is a new lapidary rough from Mexico. It's being called Sonora Dendritic "Jasper" but it is really a soft rhyolite like stone. Beautiful dendrites, patterns, and colors! This is one of my favorite new stones. I just started cutting it for the first time after I got this rough in the Summer of 2014.
