Our limited edition Benrinnes Edinburgh Castle Whisky was distilled at the famous Benrinnes distillery in Aberlour, Speyside. Matured for 17 years, this hearty single malt has been expertly finished in a lusciously sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. The classic combination of Spanish oak and traditional Speyside spirit results in an indulgent dram that flows notes of creamy mocha, chai spice and chocolatey malt.

Benrinnes Distillery;

Since 1826, Benrinnes Distillery has endured a series of unfortunate events. This much-loved Speyside producer flooded in 1829, went bankrupt in 1864, and was severely damaged by fire in 1896! Today, the distillery’s resilient nature is perfectly reflected in its powerful, hearty spirit.
