The OEM firewall to fuel rail plastic line was discontinued by Mopar in late 2023.

Over time, the OEM plastic line becomes brittle and can break, causing problems. So after the line was discontinued, we worked to make a plug and play, direct replacement fuel line for the 2000-2005 Dodge/Plymouth Neon and the 2001-2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser Non Turbo. (Please note, if you have a Turbo PT Cruiser, please see our other fuel line listing) This made in the USA braided fuel line has custom connectors that work perfectly with the metal line on the firewall and the stock fuel rail. This will also work with aftermarket fuel rails that utilize the OEM style connectors.

Each one of these fuel lines is tested with over 100 psi before being packaged.This is a critical component. There is no point in installing some poor quality line and then later having your car leak fuel.

Note2 - this line uses the factory plastic quick disconnect clips. If you are missing your plastic quick disconnect clips or need a replacement, you can try the Dorman part number 800-016, these are commonly found at local auto parts stores.

This line is a replacement line for the discontinued PT Cruiser Mopar OEM part numbers 05278844aa, 05093672aa, 5278844aa as well as other Mopar part numbers for the 00-05 Neon, 01-10 PT Criuser Non turbo.
