Felix has been making knives in Solingen, the "City of Blades", since 1790 and still today stays true to its centuries-old tradition. It takes more than 45 steps to make a perfectly forged Zepter knife out of a high-quality, single piece of steel. The outcome is second to none in quality, function and design of knives.

Forged from a single piece of X50 CrMoV15 steel, the hand-made blade of the Olive Wood collection is of superior quality, durability and sharpness guaranteeing maximum efficiency for many years. A smaller-diameter handle of beautiful golden yellow colour provides a balance of style and functionality even for smaller hands in order to have a firm grip while performing a range of tasks. Olive heartwood is known for its antibacterial properties, making this knife more hygienic for use.
