This cutting board kit is a great choice for those opening a new restaurant, starting out as a chef, or to replace worn out equipment. The kit includes six cutting boards that are 18" by 24" and 1/2" thick; one each of Blue, Brown, Green, Yellow, Red, and White. The kit also includes a handy wire rack that helps the boards dry faster after cleaning and keeps then organizes and away from the tabletop. The boards are made from durable polyethylene that is more sanitary and durable than wooden boards. The boards are also NSF certified for safety.
