Luna Replicas brings you the continuation of our flagship, "Flight Wear" line, with the iconic A2 WWII leather flight jacket.  These jackets are built from the ground up using historic examples to recreate original USAAF and USAF A2 flight jackets from the 1940s & 50s, including genuine goatskin leather, single-piece back panel construction, custom made nickel-plated brass zipper, brass armpit vents, box-stitched shoulder straps, and custom milled EXACT recreation wool knit waistband & cuffs.  

Our A2 matches aspects of a few different WWII and Korea manufacturer versions, with an excellent vintage fit & finish for everyday wear. We have kept every detail the same, even the two front flap pockets are in their original configuration (no slash pockets). 

Our reproduction cotton jacket lining (complete with USAAF Roundel & inspection stamp) is comfortable even in the summer, yet warm in the winter with a light sweater or other insulated layer underneath.  Soft goatskin is extremely durable, yet flexible, and break-in wear time is minimal.  Don't be afraid to wear your A2 in any weather or condition: they can take it!
