The estate is known for its Geisha coffee, which is highly sought after by specialty roasters for its quality and complex flavors, achieved through meticulous processing techniques that can include washed, natural, and cold ferment methods. The name "Gato Grande" translates to "big cat" and is related to the Spanish name for the ocelot, a wild cat found in Panama.
