** If your chest circumference is 40” or less, you need the Shoulder Pad, #OI-1004.

** If your chest circumference is at 40” or more, you need the Shoulder Pad w/ XL Chest Strap, #OI-1008.

1. Fill the cooler with water up to the "Water min" line.
2. Add ice cubes up to the "Ice Max" line.
3. Close the lid.
4. Plug in the power cord.
5. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to power up.
6. Select your compression setting (Low, Medium, High).
7. Choose your session duration (20, 40, 60 minutes).
