Voge DS800X ECU Tuning 2025–2026

Professional ECU tuning is now available for the 2025–2026 Voge DS800X range, including the DS800X Rally and other compatible DS800X variants.

Our calibration has been developed and tested on our in-house motorcycle dyno to improve power delivery, throttle response and overall rideability.

During dyno testing, the Voge DS800X produced 79.37 HP in standard form. Following our ECU calibration, output increased to 87.68 HP, delivering an additional 8.31 HP at peak power and approximately 10 Nm more torque across the RPM range.

The improvement is not limited to peak power. The factory calibration can feel jerky and unrefined, particularly during low-speed riding and throttle transitions. Our ECU tune delivers smoother control, stronger acceleration and a more responsive riding experience throughout the rev range.

Custom Dyno Tuning

Bring your Voge DS800X to our workshop for tuning on our in-house motorcycle dyno. This allows us to test the motorcycle under controlled load conditions and verify the calibration using live data.

This service is suitable for standard motorcycles and bikes fitted with common performance upgrades, including aftermarket exhaust systems.
