DESCRIPTION

The BEFCO BSB Sickle Bar Mowers are designed to deliver efficient and precise cutting for hay fields, conservation areas, ditches, and pondsides. With their double-action sickle bar, these mowers provide smooth operation by preventing material jams, making them ideal for mowing at speeds of up to 9 mph.

With hydraulic lift capability, the cutting bar can be adjusted to handle various terrains, from steep slopes to flat fields. The mower’s robust PTO shaft with slip clutch safety ensures reliable power transmission, while the spring-loaded blade guides and bolt-on serrated teeth provide enhanced cutting efficiency and durability.

• Hydraulic System: Single action hydraulic cylinder with restrictor for raising the cutting bar using the tractor’s hydraulic system.
• Safety and Transport: Safety release standard on all units and a transport lock bar secures the cutting bar for safe transportation.
• Extra Cutting Blade: Delivered with an additional cutting blade for convenience.
• Heavy Duty PTO Shaft: Shielded PTO shaft with slip clutch safety (1 3/8″ ASAE cat. 4).
