Pale yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses dominant hints of citrus, flowery notes of broom and mineral tones. The mouth is very fresh, lively and long.

Spumante Metodo Classico Cuvée Brut "Ombra" by Nicola Gatta was born in the easternmost part of Franciacorta, in the municipality of Gussago; skilful combination of chardonnay and pinot noir, sits on its lees for 30 months and immediately reveals itself as a bottle of incredible elegance. Fine and silky, the mouth is fresh and very pleasantly persistent.

Excellent in combination with fish-based preparations, you need to try it, in particular, with salmon and tuna. It goes well with vegetarian dishes as well.
