This tilt actuator is specifically designed to facilitate the tilting functionality of the wheelchair, allowing the user to adjust their seating position for enhanced comfort, pressure relief, and functional mobility.

The actuator is engineered to be compatible with Invacare power chairs such as the Pronto R2, Pronto M71, Pronto M91, Storm Series 2G and 3G, as well as the Ranger II MWD.

It features a series of gears, linkages, and pivots that work together to convert the rotational motion of the motor into a linear motion, allowing the chair to tilt smoothly and safely. These components are precision-engineered to ensure precise and consistent tilting angles, while maintaining stability and safety.

The actuator is equipped with a control system that enables the user to operate the tilt function. This can be accomplished through a joystick or control panel integrated into the wheelchair's control system. The control system sends signals to the actuator, instructing it to tilt the chair forward or backward based on the user's input.
