Septanest N is an anesthetic agent used for adult and pediatric patients requiring a local and loco-regional anesthetic agent. It contains 4% articaine HCl and epinephrine at 1:200,000 strength.

The methylparaben-free formulation prevents allergic reactions for some patients, lowers nerve conduction, and improves blood control in the procedure area. Each box contains 50 x 1.7 ml blister packs.
