Items purchased from local retailers, not from our online store(s), can only be exchanged, not refunded, and customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in this case. The same dates and rules apply as listed above. We offer a one-year manufacturer warranty on all products purchased from our North Americas websites/stores with proof of purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or purchased from a third party seller that is not an authorized BN3TH retailer. Please note any replacement pairs provided cannot be warrantied. 

Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a BN3TH Representative first. They will be returned to sender.
