Amie sparkling is a Crémant de Limoux, a delicate, fresh and balanced sparkling wine from Limoux in the South of France. Limoux is the oldest sparkling wine area of the world and the wines are made in the traditional method similar to Champagne. Amie sparkling is made from vines that are up to 40 years old, and the vineyard is currently undergoing Organic certification.

It is delicate on the nose with a blend of white flowers, fresh fruit and a hint of honey. This fresh wine has great acidity and combines delicate ripe citrus notes with creamy flavours on the finish.

Store in a cool dark place. It is perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, scallops, salad and more, served chilled.

Packaged in a glass bottle that is fully recyclable. Contains sulphur dioxide/sulphites and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
