It became a phenomenon, selling more than 10 million copies by the end of the year." The album was a worldwide smash hit, being recognized as the "best-selling album of 1999 in the U.S.". To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the album's release, a picture disc featuring the cover artwork was released this year. The Backstreet Boys, who celebrated their 25th anniversary last year, released their latest album "DNA" in January this year, which reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 weekly album chart for the first time in 18 years, and their first single "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" from the album was released in February. The first single from the album, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," was nominated for the 61st Grammy Awards held in February for the first time in 17 years.The album "DNA" was ranked No. 1 overall in Oricon Weekly Digital Album Ranking (as of 2/4) and Billboard Japan Overall Album Ranking (as of 2/4), No. 2 overall in Oricon Weekly Digital Album Ranking (as of 2/4) and Billboard Japan Overall Album Ranking (as of 2/4), and No. 1 overall in iTunes Weekly Album Ranking (as of 1/21/2019). In Japan, the album "DNA" was a huge hit, ranking No. 1 overall on the Oricon Weekly Digital Album Ranking (dated Feb. 4) and Billboard Japan Overall Album Chart , No. 2 overall on the Oricon Weekly Combined Album Ranking (dated Feb. 4), and No. 1 in Western music and No. 2 overall on the iTunes Weekly Album Ranking (January 21-27, 2019). The picture vinyl of "Millennium" will surely be a must-have item for fans!
