This Pro Cart Ultra model is unheated and can hold food temperatures for up to 4 hours. Each compartment can transport up to (8) full-size sheet pans with the included adjustable universal rails. The polyethylene exterior and gasket-free doors are durable and keep maintenance costs down. It features CFC-free polyurethane insulation throughout the body. This catering holding cart is 66" tall and sits on 6" diameter casters that easy handle uneven terrain. It is a perfect solution for off-site catering events where power may not be available.
