Riv-Nail R-2 Complete Splice Kit is a pre-assembled matched set of rivet hinged belt fastener plates with B-Size Stainless rivets and a 48-inch Nylon-Covered Stainless Cable hinge pin included in a bulk case of 1,200 sets. The R-2 fastener is rated to 330 PIW, fits belts 1/8 to 3/8 inch thick, and requires a minimum pulley diameter of 5 inch.

This is a factory-matched complete kit. Each fastener set includes the top and bottom plates plus the specified rivets and pin, ready to install without separately ordering rivets or hinge pins. Non-Magnetic 430 Stainless plate construction. The 11/32 to 13/32 inch rivet fits belts in that thickness range. Each complete splice covers a 48" belt width.

Non-Magnetic 430 stainless steel plates work on belts passing over magnetic metal detectors, and resist corrosion in food processing and wash-down environments.

Installation: Rivets install with the MATO RNAT manual driver, MRNAT multi-rivet driver, RNAPD air-powered driver, or RNBH-1 battery hammer. Typical installation time is 30 to 60 minutes per splice.
