Use Cases

How to fill Use a piping bag with a small star or plain nozzle. Pipe to the rim, top with garnish, serve within 30 minutes for very wet fillings, up to 90 minutes for set fillings. The inner coating gives you a comfortable buffer, but salmon tartare or any high-moisture filling still reads at its best within the first hour. How to display Stand the cones upright in a tray of fine sea salt, semolina, dry rice or a purpose-built cone holder. Spaced 4 to 5cm apart, 45 cones cover a dinner-party-sized tray and look generous without crowding.
