A pale greenish-yellow coloured dry white wine with aromas of green bell pepper, fresh cut grass, gooseberry, flint, fennel, some zesty citrus, and a bit of flowers. This dry wine has a good crisp acidity and is very refreshing. 

Domaine Chauveau is run by Emmanuelle Chauveau in the little hamlet of St Andelain. With three different AOP’s in there range, there is a clear understanding of the different terroirs moreover what can be achieved from this part of the Central Loire Valley. All the wines are very expressive and show excellent typicty of there individual AOP.
