This Genuine Alfa Romeo unit is utilized on all turbo charged 2.0L and 2.9L Alfa Romeo Giulia & Stelvios. Over time internal seals can break down causing internal leaks and poor operating performance. 

 The Diverter valve is responsible for venting excess pressure created by the turbo into the intake tract to prevent damage to the compressor. Failure of the factory Diverter Valve will result in Compressor damage and /or failure. This unit is directly bolted to the charge piping utilizing (3) 5mm Allen bolts. Replacement is straight forward and is a cure to P0299, P0039, P00C0-00 codes and other various boost/solenoid related CELs.

• The 2.9L (Quadrifoglio) utilizes (2) of these units located directly below the intake boots at the front of the engine. they are mounted on the two charge pipes.
• The 2.0l utilizes (1) of these units, located on the charge pipe located under the engine cover at the top of the engine.
