Named after Fanny's youngest, this is Burgundy's answer to Beaujolais—a juicy, pepper-spiked romp through iron-rich soils near Pommard. The Pinot brings wild strawberries, the Gamay adds a playful bounce, and that ancient Pliocene sand adds a floral touch. Fanny's magic makes it absurdly drinkable, especially when lightly chilled.

Warning: bottles have a habit of emptying themselves rather quickly once opened, and wine bars keep depleting our stocks. Next time you look, there might be none left.
