Suggested Use: (Adults) Dilute 6 drops in water once daily. Take with food. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, take this product a few hours before or after taking these supplements. To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach add drop(s) of essential oil to water with a teaspoon of honey/vegetable oil/a sugar cube.
