The Cambro ingredient bins are a testament to the quality that Cambro is known for. The twenty-seven gallon ingredient bins are made with FDA accepted materials and require no additional liners. It includes a telescopic clear cover which makes viewing the contents of the bin pain free. There is a convenient "S" hook located on the front of the bin for the hanging of optional ingredient scoops. This ingredient bin is only 16-1/2" wide which makes it small enough to fit in even the tightest kitchen setup but it can hold up to 226 pounds of ingredients. It is a truly indispensable workhorse for any kitchen.
